“Refer a Friend” Program at Lieferando

Introduction

As a courier delivering with Lieferando, you and your referee may be able to take advantage of referral incentives when your friends sign up to be a courier with Lieferando.

If you know someone who is interested in becoming a courier, you can refer them and be eligible for a referral incentive.

Good to know:
  • The incentive details and eligibility criteria may vary by city and are subject to change.
  • You can refer friends and earn referral incentives in any city across Germany but only given we are currently hiring in those cities.
  • Former couriers who are referred and hired via the unique referral URL will not qualify for the bonus if they are re-hired.
  • The bonus amount depends on the rate active on the day your friend signs their contract, not the date they fulfill all conditions.
  • If your referred friend doesn’t enter your referral code during the application process, you will not be entitled to receive a referral incentive.

Data protection

By agreeing to the terms, the referee gives us permission to share the status of their application with the person who referred you.

  • Must be employed by Takeaway Express B.V. & Co. KG at the time of the referral and at the time of bonus payment.
    • 2. Referee Criteria
  • Must be employed by Takeaway Express B.V. & Co. KG at the time of bonus payment.
  • Must complete at least 100 deliveries.
    • 3. Bonus Payment
  • The bonus will be paid to the referrer and referee once all conditions are met.
Referral URL

To ensure a referral is valid, the referred courier must apply using the unique referral URL provided by Takeaway.com. This will be communicated electronically via email. Applications submitted without using the referral URL will not be eligible.

Bonus Payment Time

The bonus will be paid with the wages in the following month after the conditions have been met.
