The Just Eat Refer a Friend programme

Terms & Conditions

Within the Refer a Friend program of “Just Eat”, active couriers (referrer) employed by Takeaway.com European Operations B.V., Swiss Branch can recommend new couriers (referral) to the employer. In doing so, the active couriers (referrer) receive a bonus payment if they refer the new courier (referral) via a personalised URL and fulfil the following conditions.

Active couriers

The referrer must be an employee of Takeaway.com European Operations B.V., Swiss Branchat the time of application, and both the referrer and referral must be employees of Takeaway.com European Operations B.V., Swiss Branch at the time of the bonus payment.

Data protection

By agreeing to terms and conditions, you agree to share your recruitment data with your friend who has referred you.

Bonus payment

From the 1st of October 2024 until the March 31, 2025  
The bonus payment amount is CHF 150 gross for the referrer for bike and e-bike referrals and CHF 300 gross for the referrer for e-bike and scooter referrals.

On the 1st of April 2025, the bonus payment will automatically revert to the regular amount of CHF 150.
 

A maximum number of bonus payments 

The active courier (referrer) may claim a maximum of three bonus payments per month.

Referral URL

To identify a valid referral application for Takeaway.com European Operations, Swiss Branch, the application must be made via the URL provided to the referrer. This will be communicated electronically via email. A subsequent acceptance of an application without a referral URL is excluded.

Time of the bonus payment

The bonus will be paid with the salary payment in the month following which the conditions for the bonus payment were fulfilled.

First employment

The bonus can only be paid to the referrer if the new courier (referral) has not had an employment relationship with Takeaway.com European Operations B.V., Swiss Branch, in the past.
