There's no obligation to use Lieferando branded equipment. Feel free to use your own equipment, however, you must ensure that it meets our minimum safety requirements.

Do I need to submit my availability every week?

We mainly operate a closed network. This is to help make sure we maintain a balance of couriers and orders. When things are busy, you might have the opportunity to jump on a “open runs” and start delivering straight away.

My preferred delivery zone is closed so I applied in a different one. Can I change to my preferred zone?

Please only apply in the zone you wish to deliver in. If your preferred zone is closed, we’re not able to transfer your account.
